Stefan Rybak is the founder and owner of Best Medical Marketing.

He became a medical marketing specialist in 2001, but his media career began in 1977, when, while attending college, he became a professional radio announcer in Connecticut.

Over the years, Stefan worked his way up through the broadcasting business as a radio program director, sales manager and general manager of various stations in Connecticut, Arizona and New York.

Among his achievements, Stefan was named “Program/Operations Director of the Year” two consecutive years by the internationally-renowned “Billboard Magazine.”

He was also a newspaper columnist for over ten years, and has written over 500 published articles.

Stefan’s 40+ years’s experience also includes television news and sports anchoring and reporting, professional speaking, management consulting, sales, advertising, marketing and digital media.

Stefan has interacted and worked with some of the biggest names in show business, including, but not limited to, Elton John, Billy Joel, Mariah Carey, Phil Collins, Michael Bolton, Amy Grant, Donny Osmond, Johnny Mathis, Goo Goo Dolls, and Daryl Hall and John Oates, to name just a few. Stefan has picked the hits, played the hits, and asked for his advice on advertising, marketing, publicity and promotion.

So, how exactly did Stefan get into medical marketing?

In 2001, he was managing radio stations in the highly-competitive media market of Long Island, New York. A local dentist, who was struggling to take his practice to a higher level, asked Stefan for ideas on how to attract more new patients. Those “out-of-the-box” ideas helped this doctor define his brand, set him apart from local competition, and grow the practice into a thriving business. Consults, conversions and collections grew rapidly, dramatically and significantly. Revenues increased by over 400%. A few years later, the doctor was able to sell his practice for a most-sizable profit.

In the song “New York, New York,” made famous by Frank Sinatra, there’s a line that says, “If I can make it there, I can make it anywhere.” Stefan’s thought was that if he can help a small dental practice in ultra-competitive New York to become ultra-successful, then his ideas, concepts, strategies and tactics could work pretty much anywhere, and they have, big time!
